Bollywood Dance Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By registering for this Bollywood Dance Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
   Participation in this workshop involves physical activity and, as with any exercise program, there is a risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health and safety.
   You hereby waive, release, and discharge the organizers, instructors, and any associated parties from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries, loss, or damages resulting from participation in the workshop, whether occurring during the class or on the premises before or after.

2. Participant Responsibility
   It is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation and to ensure you are physically capable of engaging in dance activities. You are expected to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.

3. Media Consent
   By participating in the workshop, you grant permission for photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the sessions to be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across all platforms (including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials).
   If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to inform the organizers in writing prior to the workshop.

4. No Refund Policy
   All payments made for the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant illness, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
